Chrysalis products are handcrafted in small batches on demand. Please allow 7-10 days to complete the creation process (including artful packaging)  and 5-7 days for USPS. If you need something in a hurry, let me know and I will try my best to get it done. There will be a 15.00 rush charge on orders to be sent priority mail. Please allow seven days from order to delivery on rush orders.

Because of the nature of bath and body products, I cannot accept returns. If you are truly disappointed in any chrysalis product, let me know and I will work with you to make things right!
